Emmanuel Charles McCarthy to the students who were expelled from the University of Notre Dame in December of 1969 for nonviolently protesting the presence on the Notre Dame Campus of DOW Chemical and the CIA, who were both were actively recruiting students at the height of the Vietnam War.y (also a lawyer) and the ten expelled students-which was used in their defense. |
